General Terms of Contract (B2B)
Use of the software is strictly limited to the business premises specified in the Customer's contract. Transferring the account or using the service at other premises without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited. The Provider supplies the digital QR Code; printing and preparing any physical counter or table displays are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
All copyrights, know-how, AI algorithms and prompts remain the exclusive property of the Provider. The Customer is strictly prohibited from carrying out any reverse engineering or from using the information acquired to develop (or have third parties develop) competing software platforms.
The use of automated systems (bots, spiders, scrapers) to extract data, price lists, menus or content from the VinAI® platform is strictly prohibited. Likewise, accessing, querying or exploiting in any way the VinAI® APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) without explicit written authorisation and without credentials formally issued by the Provider is strictly prohibited.
The Provider accepts no liability for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the data published on the platform. Checking and validating the data, and responsibility for any civil, criminal or health consequences arising from incorrect information (with particular reference to allergens and ingredients), rest exclusively with the Customer. Under no circumstances shall the Provider be held liable for direct or indirect damages caused by inaccuracies of the Artificial Intelligence or incorrect data in the system.
Contracts have a duration of six months or one year. In the case of an annual subscription, the Customer may stop the service without penalty at the end of the sixth month, subject to formal written notice.
A payment delay of more than 10 calendar days will result in the immediate and automatic suspension of the service. In addition, the contract shall be automatically terminated by operation of law (pursuant to Art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code) in the event of a breach of the clauses on usage limits, payments, protection of intellectual property and technical abuse (including web scraping).
